              About Team "TLC"

Team "TLC" was founded by Teresa Lynn Cooper of RE/MAX Advantage in the year "2000".

Teresa now, an Associate Broker and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), had been an investor for 28+ years and knew what it was like to be on the selling side as well as the buying side and In 1999 decided to go to the Metro Listing Service School of Real Estate and obtain her Real Estate Salesperson License.

Teresa then immediately went straight to work and joined the RE/MAX Advantge office located in Jackson, GA. making it possible to  offer her clients what most others couldn`t.

After a short period of time, Teresa was ready to expand. Teresa being the first in the area to hire a full time Assistant/Office Manager.

Tammy Ledford started to work for Teresa in April of "2000". Tammy`s responsibilities ranged from Marketing properties,hosting Teresa`s personal website and coordinating Real Estate transactions. Tammy had been in Real Estate Office Management for 3+ years when she joined Teresa.

In "2002" Tammy expanded her career with Teresa and obtained her Real Estate Salesperson License from the Metro Listing Service School of Real Estate. Tammy now holds designations as a Real Estate Professional (RePro) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).

After 8 years Team "TLC" still enjoys the satisfaction of seeing the smiles on their clients faces whether they are purchasing a  home or selling one.
